My name is Stefán Andrésson. I was born in Sweden on May 2nd, 1953, and lived in Sweden until I was 8 years old when my parents moved back to Iceland with the five children. I’ve lived in Iceland since then, except for one year when we lived in Edinburgh, Scotland. I was a teacher of English and German for 46 years in the same secondary school in Reykjavík and am now retired since 2023. I’ve been a tourist guide in Iceland since 2017. I absolutely love being a tourist guide because I get to show tourists the most beautiful country in the world! Iceland is beautiful, full of variation, everyone can find something to like, and, it is also so peaceful.
